Operation Assistant (Hourly) (Post code: EM-CTP-OA(H)_JB)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, writing and publishing social media campaign content
• Assist in promoting multiculturalism and events across online and on-site
• Review and analyze the results and performance of promotional activities
• Assist in organizing and executing South Asian cultural workshops to promote multicultural events, and guide tutor in crafting project souvenirs
• Assist with documentation and administrative paperwork

Requirements:

• Form 5/ graduated from secondary education (passed in 5 subjects including Chinese and English)
• Willingness to learn
• Mature, proactive and possessing good time-management skills
• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• High proficiency in English and Cantonese
• Interest in multi-cultures and services
• Working experience in NGOs or social enterprises is preferred

Working location: Kwai Chung

Working hours: not more than 16 hours per week
