Job Title: Assistant Operation Manager (Air & Sea Freight)

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly capable and results-oriented Assistant Logistics Manager (Air & Sea Freight) to join our expanding team. In this role, you will bridge operations and sales support—overseeing multi-modal freight forwarding execution, managing carrier rate negotiations, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts across Malaysian and Korean trade corridors.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end inbound and outbound freight operations for both Air and Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), ensuring smooth clearance, haulage, and timely delivery.
Preparing competitive freight quotations, negotiating ocean/air carrier rates, and securing new key account opportunities.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3years of hands-on experience in air and sea freight forwarding, with proven operational and customer management track records.

Core Skills:
Strong understanding of air & ocean freight operations, customs procedures, and carrier negotiations.

Experience with regional trade lanes (exposure to Korean & Malaysian markets is a strong advantage).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and freight/customs management software.

Adaptability & Commitment: Open to relocating/working at our new corporate office in Kuala Lumpur.

Subject to a standard 2-month notice period upon resignation.
