Operation Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

Operation Assistant role focused on implementing company SOPs, management policies and operational instructions across all outlets, while monitoring outlet operations to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
运营助理的角色主要是执行公司标准操作程序、管理政策和各类运营指令，同时监控各个门店的运营，确保遵守公司的政策和标准。

Key responsibilities主要职责

• Implement company SOPs, management policies and operational instructions across all outlets
  在所有门店执行公司的标准作业程序（SOP）、管理政策和操作指导
• Monitor outlet operations to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
  监督门店运营，确保遵守公司政策和标准
• Plan and develop solutions to improve operational processes, efficiency and execution standards
  规划和制定解决方案，以提升运营流程、效率和执行标准
• Conduct regular outlet visits to identify operational issues and implement improvements
  定期走访门店，发现运营问题并实施改进
• Train and guide Outlet Managers on SOPs, management policies and operational standards
  培训并指导门店经理掌握SOP、管理政策和运营标准
• Follow up on outlet improvements and report operational progress and issues to management
  跟进门店改进情况，并向管理层汇报运营进展和问题

About you

• Strong execution, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in computer and office software including Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Able to prepare reports, organise data and perform basic operational analysis
• Able to independently conduct outlet visits, identify issues and drive improvements
• Experience in F&B, retail or multi-outlet operations is preferred
