Operation Assistant 门店营运助理 (MJ000138)

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities Responsible for the daily store operations and administrations. Coordinates and supports to system maintain and data consolidation for store sales team: including but not limited to: clear and efficient work attendance checking system, sales reports & filling according to the company’s procedures, regular VIP information update, etc. Provide and ensure pleasant working environment with necessary administrative support. Support to provide liaison with the commercial and the cross-function teams regarding sales and administrative activities. Control store administrational budget and conduct financial payment system, manage vendor and administrational facilitation. Organize and coordinate of in-store activities, including employee caring, such as organizing team-building events, annual meetings, monthly meetings, holiday celebrations, and employee birthday parties, etc.

Ad-hoc assignment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and above education background. Relevant experience of admin work is preferred, fresh graduation is also welcomed.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Good command of both spoken and written English.

Good PC skill, proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
