OPERATION ASSISTANT/OFFICER (LOGISTICS)

·       Handle FCL import shipments and project cargo

·       Coordinate with shipping lines, hauliers, warehouses and customers for shipment and delivery arrangements

·       Prepare and check shipping documents, permits and billing

·       Monitor shipment status handle operational issues and exceptions

·       Ensure shipments are completed smoothly and on time

Requirements

·        Preferably with logistics / shipping / freight forwarding experience

.        Detail-oriented, responsible and careful at work

·        Good communication and coordination skills

·        Good problem-solving skills and able to work independently

.        Abel to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments

.        Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
