• As Operation Associate, you will be asked for various aspects of business operations, including but not limited to.
• Customer services: Work closely with the engineering team and CS team to resolve customers' requests in a timely manner.
• Initiative Projects: Work closely with the leadership team on various projects and be the central point of contact for project execution, ensuring the project is delivered in a timely manner and with the best use of resources.
• Reconciliation: Reconciliation, monitor data between Anfin and partners.
• Report: Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report.
• Other tasks: Prepare documents, coordinate with other departments to solve issues, tracking and process deposit/withdrawal transactions,...

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance and Banking, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 1-2+ years of experience working in any Business Operation position (Customers services, Process Management, Project Management,), prefer to have experience in securities companies, banking, or start-up environment.
• Energetic and willing to learn and challenge yourself.
• Quickly handle arising situations and able to navigate through ambiguity.
• The great team works with excellent communication and coordination skills.
