We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented, and bilingual Operations Associates to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build hands-on experience in cross-border e-commerce, supply chain coordination, and operational strategy.

Job Overview

As an Operations Associate, you will support the day-to-day execution of our e-commerce operations, logistics coordination, and cross-border workflows. Working closely with operational leaders and our overseas procurement team, you will help track inventory, monitor logistics performance, prepare operational reports, and assist in executing operational optimization projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operational Execution: Assist in monitoring order workflows, inventory tracking, and fulfillment coordination with North American warehousing partners.
• Cross-Border Team Coordination: Help coordinate day-to-day communication and task alignment between US operations and our China branch office regarding product shipments, procurement status, and stock updates.
• Data Tracking & Reporting: Collect and analyze operational data (sales, inventory turnover, delivery timelines, customer feedback) using Excel/Google Sheets to support operational planning.
• Process Documentation: Help draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for order processing, logistics handling, and platform management.
• Special Project Support: Provide administrative and execution support for new product launches, platform promotional activities, and category expansion initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years of relevant intern or full-time experience; recent graduates are welcome to apply).
• Language Requirements: Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
• Work Authorization: Open to candidates with OPT / CPT status. H-1B visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint; general comfort with e-commerce systems or tools is a plus.
• Key Traits: Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, proactive learner, and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
