Operation Associate - Licensing

Role Overview:

The Operations Licensing role is responsible for managing and maintaining the provider licensing process across multiple states and specialties. This includes preparing, submitting, and tracking license applications while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process state medical license applications, renewals, and verifications.
• Maintain accurate records of provider licensing data and expiration dates.
• Communicate with state medical boards, providers, and internal teams to resolve licensing issues.
• Track application status and follow up to ensure timely approvals.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state licensing standards.
• Assist with reporting and audits related to licensing operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 1-6 years of experience in U.S. healthcare operations, preferably in provider licensing or credentialing.
• Strong understanding of medical board requirements and application processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skillsboth written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
