ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth execution of processes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with multiple teams, and taking ownership of operational tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and coordinate runners to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and smooth daily operations.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all logistics and operational activities.
• Coordinate vehicle movement and ensure timely pickup, delivery, and handover.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Maintain and update logistics records, trackers, and operational data.
• Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS and operational reports.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of experience in ground operations and should have handled blue collared manpower.
• Prior background of startup ecosystem
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced operations environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
