Operation Clerk

About the role

Chaaya Group HK Limited is seeking a full-time Operation Clerk to join our team in the San Po Kong Wong Tai Sin District. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient running of our freight and cargo forwarding business.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the processing and tracking of freight and cargo shipments
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs clearance forms
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Provide customer service support, answering inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures
• Maintain detailed records and generate reports as required
• Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar operation or administrative role, preferably within the freight/cargo forwarding industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using office software applications, such as Microsoft Office suite
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
