What they need
🔍 Job Responsibilities
Manage returns & follow up with customers/platforms
Check & update product listing prices
Customer Service- Reply to customer enquiries promptly on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok & WhatsApp
Perform stock checking & coordinate with warehouse
Follow up on promo timelines (campaigns, vouchers, festive promotions)
Edit basic videos (training provided)
Assist with ad-hoc admin tasks
Ensure smooth daily operation of all e-commerce platforms
🧩 Requirements
- Computer literate (Excel, online tools, e-commerce platform backend)
- Detail-oriented, responsible & able to work independently
- Good communication & time-management skills
- Languages required: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese (to deal with chinese chats)
- Prefer 1–2 years experience (e-commerce/admin).
Fresh grads with strong learning attitude are welcome.
