About the role

Coordinate with Taiwanese clients (primarily written Chinese in traditional characters). Manage documents, tour programs, and oversee group tour operations. Work collaboratively with the Booking team and other departments. Manage Chinese language tour programs on the company website (add/edit programs, verify language accuracy, and respond to customers via website or LINE).

About you

• Able to write in traditional Chinese characters
• Able to accept holiday conditions specific to tour company operations (holidays may not align with calendar public holidays such as New Year, Chinese New Year, Songkran, Loy Krathong, with compensatory days accumulated)
