OPERATION CONTROL OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:

 Monitor and ensure smooth daily operations in compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

 Oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across departments/branches.

 Review daily transactions, reports, and data to identify discrepancies, risks, or irregularities.

 Implement and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize operational risks.

 Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflow processes.

 Conduct periodic audits and checks to ensure adherence to procedures and standards.

 Prepare operational reports, analysis, and recommendations for management review.

 Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.

 Maintain proper documentation, record-keeping, and filing systems.

 Handle escalations, complaints, and incident investigations in a timely and professional manner.

Job Requirements:

 SPM / Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field.

 Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in operations, control, or related roles (experience in financial services/money lending industry or related field is an advantage), fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

 Strong understanding of operational procedures, internal controls, and compliance requirements.

 Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.

 High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.

 Willing to travel for branch visits or operational audits (if required).
