Operation Controller / Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day customer order fulfillment processes and logistics arrangements in a timely manner;
• Monitor order status and work closely with internal and external parties to solve logistics issues;
• Maintain & update accurate data in the system;
• Report daily operational status, progress and exceptional incidents to the Operations Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or above.
• Experience in CS, Operations or Logistics is an advantage, but not MUST.
• Familiar with MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Good typing skills in Chinese word processing
• Proactive, responsible, good problem-solving skills and adaptive to fast changing environment
• Good communication skills, patiently manages different users' needs.
• Good common of written and spoken Cantonese

Working hours: 11:00 to 20:00 from Mondays to Fridays including 1 hour meal time
