About the role
This is an Inventory & Operations Coordinator position based in the Klang Area, Selangor. You will be responsible for managing inventory operations, coordinating with customers and logistics providers, and supporting the warehouse and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Issue Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices & Purchase Orders (PO)
- Manage inventory using AutoCount and ensure stock accuracy
- Monitor stock levels and prepare monthly stock reports
- Coordinate with customers on operation matters
- Coordinate transportation and export shipping with logistics providers
- Arrange deliveries
- Participate in stock counts
- Compile supplier documents (PO, DO, Invoice) for the Accounts Department
- Maintain production records and filing
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams
About you
- Mandarin-speaking is an advantage
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
- Experience with AutoCount is an advantage
