Operation Coordinator

Job Duties

• Order Management: Handle daily order placement, data conversion, and maintain both soft and hard copy document record
• Financial Coordination: Coordinate with the Accounting Team to process invoices, payments, and refunds efficiently.
• Logistics & Communications: Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including arranging shipments, tracking deliveries, and communicating updates to customers.
• Inventory Control: Oversee weekly inventory management, stock verification, and routine cycle counts, while managing monthly inventory data input and participating in quarterly full stocktakes.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, prepare tender documents and handle ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles (fresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are also welcome)
• Technical & Clerical Skills: Proficient in administrative and clerical tasks, with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data sorting, formulas) and standard data entry tools. Other IT skills would be advantageous.
• Data Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and high accuracy when handling data management and financial tasks.
• Languages: Good command of written English and spoken Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Attributes: Responsible, highly proactive, well organized, capable of working independently with minimal supervision and multi-tasking.
• Able to cope with SME culture.
