What they need
- Operation Coordinator /$3,000 - $4,000 @Alexandra
- Manage order creation, processing, amendments and ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Oversee shipping documentation, coordinate with internal teams, customers/stakeholders.
- Validate, reconcile, and process supplier invoices & submission to the Finance.
- Monitor freight & insurance billing, investigate discrepancies, and prepare monthly management reports.
- Manage and optimize RPA, AI, and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, implement solutions, and drive process improvements.
- Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Comfortable with working overtime and overseas travel. Proficiency in (Excel, Word, PowerPoints)
- Knowledge of Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)
