Operation Coordinator

Plan, schedule, and assign daily collection routes for drivers based on customer orders.

 Attend to incoming calls, inquiries, and requests from customers interested in selling used cooking oil (uco).

 Monitor driver movements and collection activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

 Handle customer concerns, complaints, and operational issues professionally, and take the lead in resolving them promptly.

 Follow up with existing and potential customers to schedule collections.

 Update collection data in the system for tracking, reporting, and record-keeping purposes.

 Support management with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties related to uco collection and operational activities.
