Job Descriptions:

1. Payment & Transaction Monitoring

• Monitor real-time payout and deposit transactions to maintain high system availability and operational stability.
• Proactively resolve payment exceptions (e.g., stuck transactions, banking limits, channel timeouts).
• Manage bank limits, fund allocations, and coordinate with official gateway partners on transaction caps.
• Track deposit callbacks and maintain smooth transaction processing flows.

2. System Testing & Technical Coordination

• Assist in testing deposit and payout callback functions during system updates.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new bank integrations and payout channels.
• Perform basic L1 troubleshooting for merchant API inquiries and route complex issues to internal IT engineering.
• Partner with the IT department to track, resolve, and prevent recurring technical glitches.

3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Work closely with Operations, IT, and Customer Success teams to resolve payment-related queries promptly.
• Serve as the point-of-contact for internal transaction process inquiries.
• Escalate high-risk or time-sensitive operational issues following established response protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Open to candidates with 0–2 years of experience. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in FinTech are warmly invited to apply!
• Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of payment processing flows, API concepts, or system monitoring is preferred.
• Key Traits: High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and good analytical thinking.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively between business and IT teams.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
