What they need
We are a leading Shipping company in the region, currently seeking an experienced Operation Coordinator to join our team. An Ideal candidate should have proven experience in the Shipping Industry.
Skills & Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in a related field is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the shipping and logistics industry.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Team player with a professional attitude.
Job Description
- Updating port moves , including out, in , load , discharge, port manifest.
- Submit loading, discharging list to port in due time before cut off.
- Monitor containers move empty and full in all locations.
- Submit required reports in timely manner.
- Check containers report photos and highlight fresh damages.
- Issue delivery orders , bill of lading, as per required within time frame.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
