Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Fresher to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. The candidate will coordinate with project managers, interior designers, site engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of interior design and fit-out projects. This role involves site coordination, progress tracking, material follow-ups, documentation, and day-to-day operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, designers, vendors, and contractors for daily project activities.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on timelines, work schedules, and site requirements.
• Assist in coordinating civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works at project sites.
• Conduct site visits to check work progress and report updates to the reporting manager.
• Follow up with vendors and suppliers regarding material availability, deliveries, and pending requirements.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site photographs, checklists, and project documentation.
• Track pending tasks, site issues, and material requirements to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in preparing work schedules, BOQs, measurements, and basic project reports.
• Coordinate between the design team and execution team to communicate drawings, revisions, and site instructions.
• Support quality checks and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Escalate delays, material shortages, and site-related concerns to the reporting manager.
• Ensure proper coordination and communication between the office team and site team.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of civil engineering, construction methods, and interior fit-out works.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel; knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively, and manage multiple tasks.
• A proactive attitude with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates with a B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Candidates with internship or site training experience will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
