About Our Client
CNMY is a leading foreign-based Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and construction firm, specializing in Design & Build (EPC) and Design & Project Management (EPCM) services for industrial projects.

What you'll be doing?

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company objectives, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities.
• New Business Development: Secure new businesses in construction, consultancy projects, manpower supply, property development, etc.
• Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new markets for expansion, develop market entry strategies, and conduct feasibility studies.
• Manpower Business Management: Oversee recruitment for foreign workers, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage workforce planning.
• Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management: Lead and oversee all ongoing projects, ensure timely delivery within scope and budget, and maintain quality assurance and risk management procedures.
• Operations Management: Ensure compliance with construction regulations, monitor project financial performance, and manage risk, claims, and contract variations.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, drive profitability, and oversee project financial forecasting and cost optimization.
• Leadership & Organizational Development: Lead teams, set KPIs, recruit and develop high-performing teams, and promote a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong client relationships, represent the company in industry events, and handle high-level negotiations and dispute resolutions.
• Compliance, Quality & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with labor laws, implement quality assurance/control systems, and manage contractual risks and legal exposure.

• Location: Willing to relocate to Johor, Johorean preferred
• Responsibilities: Oversee all Johor projects
• Race: Chinese
• Industry Experience: Must have experience in construction, property development, or EPCM industry
• Project Experience: Must have worked on projects involving main contractors, data centers, factories, warehouses, or similar industrial developments
• Client: All clients are from China
