该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 Job Responsibility 根据公司整体运营战略，制定仓储业务板块年度运营实施规划，对齐业务单元经营目标；统筹多客户仓储项目的现场运营执行管理。 Develop divisional annual operational execution plan for warehousing aligned with corporate overall operation strategy and BU business objectives; oversee day‑to‑day execution of multi‑client warehousing projects. 主导仓储板块内运营体系完善、流程标准化、制度落地与数字化升级；深度推行 Unipart Way 管理理念与精益工具，落地标准作业，推动 “Gate to Great” 等集团改善项目，识别并落地突破性改善，实现仓储环节降本增效与服务品质提升。 Lead warehouse operation system enhancement, process standardization, policy implementation and digital upgrading within division; deeply deploy Unipart Way philosophy and lean tools, implement standard work, drive group‑level improvement initiatives such as “Gate to Great”, identify and deliver breakthrough projects for cost reduction, efficiency gain and service quality improvement in warehousing operations. 全面监控仓储板块运营 KPI、质量、安全、库存准确率及成本指标，跟踪绩效达成，组织根因分析与持续优化；对标行业与集团最佳实践，推动仓储运营能力持续进阶。 Monitor divisional warehousing KPIs, quality, safety, stock accuracy and cost indicators, track performance delivery, conduct root‑cause analysis and continuous optimization; benchmark against industry and Unipart group best‑practices to elevate warehouse operational capability. 协同对接核心客户相关业务对接人，深度理解客户业务与行业需求，保障客户满意度；统筹仓储相关重大客户上线、业务变更、重大应急事件处理，推动跨场地仓储项目运营协同增效。 Collaborate with key‑customer business stakeholders, deeply understand customer business and industry requirements to secure high customer satisfaction; manage major warehouse‑related customer go‑live, business transition and critical emergency response, drive synergy across warehouse sites. 负责仓储运营团队全面管理，搭建人才梯队，开展绩效考核、人员辅导与能力发展；协同 HR 业务伙伴完善人才发展与继任计划，打造高敬业度高绩效仓储运营组织。 Take end‑to‑end ownership of warehouse‑operation‑team management, build talent pipeline, deliver performance review, coaching and capability development; collaborate with HRBP on talent development & succession planning to build highly‑engaged and high‑performance organization. 参与仓储板块运营预算编制、资源规划与重点费用审核；跟踪板块损益表现，制定并落地盈利保障及成本优化方案，确保经营预算目标达成；管理仓储相关关键供应商商务合作，维护合作协议。 Participate in divisional warehousing budgeting, resource planning and key‑expense review; monitor P&L performance, design and execute profitability assurance and cost‑optimization plans to meet financial budget targets; manage commercial cooperation and agreements with key warehouse‑related suppliers. 确保所有仓储运营活动严格符合 HSEQ、合规及法律法规要求；推动风险识别、隐患整改，落实安全质量责任。 Ensure full compliance of all warehouse operations with HSEQ standards, regulatory and legal requirements; drive risk identification, hazard rectification and enforce safety‑quality accountability. 定期汇报仓储板块运营业绩、风险隐患、改善项目进展及资源需求；处理重大问题升级，输出管理分析报告。 Regularly report divisional warehousing operational performance, risks, improvement‑project progress and resource requirements; handle major issue escalation and deliver management analysis reports. 任职要求 Requirements 本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、工商管理或相关专业优先。 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields is preferred. 10年及以上大型第三方物流 / 供应链企业仓储高级运营管理经验，具备多仓储场地、多部门统筹管理经验； 10+ years senior‑level warehouse operation management experience in large‑scale 3PL /supply‑chain enterprises, with multi‑warehouse‑site and multi‑department oversight experience. 5年以上团队管理经验，有汽车零部件、高端制造多客户仓储项目运营背景优先； 5+ years team‑management experience; experience in auto‑parts, high‑end manufacturing and multi‑client warehousing project operation is preferred. 具备仓储板块级损益管理、预算管控、成本优化及运营变革项目落地的成功实战经验；拥有大客户对接、商务谈判经验； Proven hands‑on experience in divisional P&L management, budget control, cost optimization and operational‑change‑project delivery for warehousing business; experience in key‑customer stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiation. 能够在业务波动、季节性高峰等动态变化环境中开展仓储运营管理，具备复杂管理信息梳理与汇报能力。 Proven capability to manage warehouse operations in dynamic environments including business volatility and seasonal peaks; experience in compiling and presenting complex management information. 具备较强的运营战略理解力与全局视角，能够承接上层战略并拆解为可落地的仓储板块运营举措； Strong operational‑strategy comprehension and holistic thinking; capable of translating high‑level strategy into actionable divisional warehousing initiatives. 精通仓储端到端全业务流程，熟练运用精益、持续改善方法论与 Unipart Way 工具； Proficient in end‑to‑end warehousing workflows; solid command of lean, continuous‑improvement methodology and Unipart Way toolkits. 优秀中英文沟通表达能力。 Effective Chinese‑English communication skills. 优秀的领导力、团队辅导与人才发展能力，擅长激发团队，搭建高绩效仓储运营组织； Excellent leadership, team‑coaching and talent‑development competency;
