Key Responsibilities

• Improve and monitor quality system in factory

• Responsible for compliance auditing

• Maintain the daily operation of the Quality Control team to ensure the production quality is consistently with customers' requirements

• Provide training programs to inspectors team

• Production & Operations Management

Oversee daily manufacturing operations and production processes

Plan and manage production schedules to meet delivery targets

Ensure efficient use of manpower, machines, and materials

• Cost Control & Budget Management

Manage operational budgets including labor, materials, and overhead

Monitor cost performance and implement cost reduction initiatives

• Quality Assurance

Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements

Work with QA/QC teams to implement quality control systems

• Team Leadership & HR Management

Lead production teams and supervisors across departments

Conduct performance evaluations and training programs

Develop a strong safety and accountability culture

• Process Improvement (Lean / Efficiency)

Identify production bottlenecks and implement improvements

Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen initiatives

Improve productivity and reduce waste

• Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations

Conduct safety audits and enforce PPE and procedures

• Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, QA, and Maintenance teams

Align production plans with company goals and customer demand

• Reporting & KPI Management

Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPI), such as:

Production output

Yield / defect rate

On-time delivery

Inventory levels

Cost variance

Job Requirements:

• Min 10-year solid experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control at an ele manufacturer

• Familiar with Electronic Manufacturing

• Knowledge of ISO system, social & environmental compliance and other safety regulatory requirements

• Fluent in spoken & written English

• With pleasant, organized and outgoing personality

• Mature, self-motivated, detail oriented and good analytical mind

• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
