Operation Engineering Support (Assistant Engineer / Trainer)

 Deliver Training: Lead onboarding, orientation, and hands-on operational

training for new hires and existing staff.

 Develop Content: Create training modules, presentations, quizzes, and

standard operating procedure manuals.

 Assess Performance: Conduct audits, tests, and evaluations to measure

employee competency and identify performance gaps.

 Ensure Compliance: Promote adherence to safety rules, quality standards,

and company policies.

 Enforce Safety & Compliance: Train staff on OSHA regulations,

Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

compliance.

 Track Progress: Maintain training records and utilize learning management

systems to document program completions.

 Evaluate Competency: Sign off on technical certifications, conduct on-the-

floor performance audits, and identify retraining needs.
