Duties & Responsibility

(Key Result Areas)

1. Responsible for imparting training to key stakeholders on various concepts in OPEX.

2. Responsible for support to create flow for both materials & information and optimize value through reduction or elimination of non-value adding activities.

3. Responsible for strategically planned the projects for their logical conclusions.

4. Responsible to identify opportunities for improvement across process & functions and deploy lean tolls to enhance efficiency & effectiveness.

5. Responsible to assist cost centre for best in class continuous improvement strategy.

6. Responsible for process value stream mapping, validation with time motion study & tag time evaluation, trend & variances and improvement plan.

7. Responsible to mentor for process experts across functions in productivity, quality and system improvements.

8. Responsible for liaison with stakeholders and and carry transformation among team support organization change program.

9. To develop to learning culture among team ,six sigma training and continual training programme.

10. Maintain and organize all the records & documents as per ISO 13485:2016

11. Maintain 5’S and hygiene.

12. Ensue Health & Safety norms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
