Operation Executive (7x24)

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the daily operation of the data center;
2. Monitor the network and system availability;
3. Provide technical support to scheduled / non-scheduled activities such as health checking, network equipment installation and configuration etc.;
4. Ensure information is well-delivered to helpdesk and all related parties;
5. Prepare regular service/operation report.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in server or network components operation and support will be an advantage;
2. Familiar with the environment of data center is a plus;
3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
4. Willing to work on shift (7x24);
