Operation Executive

Job Summary

We are a 24-hour wellness and lifestyle destination offering spa services, wellness facilities, dining, entertainment, and relaxation experiences.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented operation executive to join our operations team. Successful candidates may be assigned to different operational departments, including Front Desk, Spa, Restaurant, Leisure, Male/Female Guest Areas, or other service departments, based on business needs, management assessment, and individual suitability. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while supporting the smooth daily operations of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant guest experience.

· Welcome, assist, and guide customers throughout the facility.

· Handle customer enquiries and provide information on the Company's services, facilities, promotions, and membership programmes.

· Support the daily operations of the assigned department.

· Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards in assigned work areas.

· Assist customers with requests and provide basic service recovery when required.

· Work closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure smooth operations.

· Participate in promotional activities, on-site events, and marketing campaigns when required.

· Comply with the Company's SOPs, operational procedures, and service standards.

· Perform any other duties assigned by the Company or Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

· Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, F&B, spa, or other service-related industries is preferred.

· Pleasant personality with a strong customer service mindset.

· Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

· Willing to work in different operational departments according to business needs, management assessment, and individual suitability.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced 24-hour operational environment.
