Operation Executive

Role Overview

This role is responsible for supporting the Retail Operations Manager in managing system transactions, reporting, inventory coordination, payroll administration, and data compilation. The Operations Executive will ensure accurate and timely operational records, maintain system data accuracy, and ensure all related operational tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CodeMax transactions, including outlet-to-outlet stock transfers, withdrawal requests, GRN processing, inventory records, and follow-up on pending DO/PO.
• Compile and prepare sales, product wastage, inventory, and App Member registration reports.
• Verify and cross-check Zeoniq outlet refund transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate the collection and verification of full-time and part-time payroll information from outlets before submission to HR.
• Provide operational support to outlets on CodeMax, POS/Zeoniq systems, reporting, staff uniforms, and other operational matters.
• Ensure system transactions and operational records are updated accurately and within the required timelines.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and outlets to follow up on outstanding operational matters.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned by the Retail Operations Manager.

What We are Looking For:

• Diploma or above in Retail Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in retail operations, F&B, or operations administration.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage reports and operational data accurately.
• Good analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with retail systems, POS, inventory, ERP, or similar systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills when dealing with outlets and internal departments.
