What they need
- Coordinate and monitor the Company's daily operational activities.
- Plan and coordinate staff schedules, manpower deployment and daily work assignments.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance and compliance with Company policies and SOPs.
- Ensure operational activities are carried out efficiently and according to Company standards.
- Coordinate with management, staff, suppliers and service providers on operational matters.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, supplies and other operational resources.
- Identify operational problems and recommend appropriate solutions to management.
- Prepare regular operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Assist in implementing and improving operational procedures and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, workplace requirements and applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.
- Support management in manpower planning, training and performance improvement.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management related to the position.
