Operation Executive

About the role

Join Black Rocky Resources SDN BHD as an Operation Executive and play a key role in our Freight/Cargo Forwarding operations. This full-time position is based in UNIT 27-2, Setia Avenue 2, Jalan Setia Prima S U13/S, Setia Alam, Seksyen, U13, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor and offers an opportunity to contribute to the strategic goals of our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Review the contract draft in accordance with the trader's specifications and requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of payment and arrange delivery of goods as per the terms outlined in the contract draft.
• Coordinate with the company's quality inspection personnel or entrust an inspection company to arrange quality inspection.
• Compile quality data and report to the trader and operations manager.
• Keep track of pricing periods and futures hedging records, and updating relevant documentation accordingly.
• Issue settlements and verify customer settlement documents.
• Prepare customs declaration documents and arrange for export clearance.
• Coordinate with freight forwarder to ensure smooth and efficient shipment.

About you

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any discipline.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus as this role requires liaising with Mandarin speaking suppliers and colleagues to complete daily tasks.
• Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detailed oriented, can work with minimal supervision.
• Must be willing to work in Klang.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
