Operation Executive

Job title: Operator Executive

Location : Navi Mumbai

Purpose of function :

In this position, you will assist in all operational hub activities on ships worldwide covered by our global contracts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Attend daily emails flow in the clients folder to ensure timely follow-up and action.
• Check Daily Reports for PDA / FDA / SDA calls
• Update and maintain work done sheet.
• Update working Instructions when there is any change in procedures and the updated file is kept on shared folder.
• Co-ordinate with GOH / FINHUB teams when their assistance is required for PDA / FDA submissions.
• Provide suggestions to improve the process.

Internal contacts:

• IT, Operations teams , Finance teams, client managers

External contacts:

• Clients, Vendors, Third party portals

Education level / needed knowledge and experience:

• Have a college degree, and a shipping-related training is a plus;
• Job experience, in shipping or business process outsourcing environment is an advantage;
• Have good communicative skills and a good knowledge of English, both speaking and written;
• Affinity with IT systems;
• Have no nine-to-five mentality;
• Ability to work with international contacts and have a global perspective

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
