OPERATION EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Executive to oversee end-to-end manpower operations, ensure service excellence to clients and drive continuous improvement in operational performance across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily deployment and operational planning of manpower across client sites.
• Act as the main liaison between clients, field supervisors and internal HR team.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and quality assurance checks.
• Manage absenteeism, emergency replacements and shift realignments.
• Lead onboarding, briefing and disciplinary coordination with HR.
• Prepare monthly operational reports, productivity analysis and manpower forecasts.
• Ensure full compliance with SOPs, safety regulations and client service standards.
• Handle operational complaints, root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Support management in strategic operations planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

• Minimum Diploma / bachelor's degree in operations management, Business Administration, Human Resource or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in operations, manpower management, cleaning services and Hospital cleaning experience.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malay and English.
• High leadership capability with strong problem-solving mindset.
• Willing to travel extensively within Klang Valley.
• Process own transport and valid driving license.
• Able to work independently, manage pressure and meet tight deadlines.
