Operation Executive

The Operations Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing event and production operations. This role ensures smooth workflow across departments, manages logistics, and supports the delivery of high-quality events and productions that meet client expectations.

• Budget & Resource Management: Monitor operational expenses, optimize resource allocation, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with creative, technical, and administrative teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Reporting: Prepare post-event reports, feedback analysis, and recommendations for process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Any Degree is Preferred.
• Both Male & Female candidates are eligible to apply.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in operations, data entry, preferably in events or production.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of event production equipment and logistics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
