OPERATION EXECUTIVE

About the role

Main point of contact to interface with Company's designated personnel to monitor Contractor's operational compliance, service quality and collaborate on operations optimization and improvement opportunities. Responsible for warehouse activities and overall operations of the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a safe working environment through enforcement of safety program and conduct site safety briefing as per company safety policy
• Execute the agreed KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance
• Ensure all team members adhere to the agreed SOPs and safe work practices
• Ensure warehouse layout/storage areas are well organized and material are stored safely
• Inventory management and stock take / cycle counting planning
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop effective corrective and preventive action
• Provide periodical reports and data for the next level's discussion and further improvement plan
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, change request or new project
• Participate in internal and external audit
• Billing and invoicing matters

About you

• Ensure that all team members are certified and trained to perform their respective job roles
• Evaluate the performance of assigned personnel and provide training, conduct disciplinary action, and recommend dismissal as required
• Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, supplies, vendors, and other external/internal parties
• Lead the warehouse team effectively during crisis or emergency cases
