Operation Executive

Your Role:

• System Enhancement Support: Support system enhancement projects by participating in user acceptance testing (UAT), documenting test cases, and assisting with rollout and delivery
• System Health Check: Perform regular health checks on operational systems to ensure they are up and running; proactively identify and escalate any anomalies or downtime
• Issue Tracking & Follow-up: Log and monitor system issues with a structured tracking approach, maintain an issue register, and coordinate with the IT team to drive timely resolution and communication
• Call Centre Reporting: Prepare and generate operational reports to support performance monitoring and management review
• KPI & Data Support: Assist with KPI reporting and basic data checks as needed to support operational decision-making

To Succeed in Your Role:

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of working experience in operations support; experience in a call centre environment is a definite advantage
• Fresh graduates with potential will also be considered
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel — Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, & Macros)
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
