Operation Executive

Operations & Shipment Management

• Manage and assign daily tasks to Operation Assistants.
• Handle inbound and outbound shipment processes, including customs clearance and duty requirements.
• Ensure accurate handling of COD collections and parcels requiring permits.
• Monitor and verify incoming shipment status, ensuring accuracy of inbound vs. output performance.

Client Liaison & Communication

• Serve as the main point of contact for inbound and return shipments.
• Maintain close communication with clients and ensure timely responses.
• Provide clients with daily acceptance volume updates, highlighting discrepancies where applicable.
• Keep clients informed on parcels with unique statuses and manage damaged parcel cases with prompt updates.

Process Monitoring & Reporting

• Oversee and follow up on the full parcel life cycle from acceptance to final resolution.
• Track and report on inbound vs. output quantity performance, including parcel life cycle results.
• Support continuous improvement by highlighting recurring issues and coordinating with other departments for resolution.

Inter-Department Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, customer service, and fleet department to ensure smooth parcel status tracking and issue resolution.
• Facilitate effective communication between departments to maintain service excellence.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in operations, logistics, or shipping preferred.
• Knowledge of customs clearance, duties, and permit-related processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of WMS/CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented, and proactive.
