Operation Executive

Job Summary

Support healthcare operations through data analysis, reporting and performance tracking. Ideal for candidates who are strong in Excel and enjoy working with data.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily healthcare operations.
• Prepare operational reports and track performance/KPIs.
• Consolidate and analyse data from different sources.
• Perform data analysis using Excel and Pivot Tables.
• Identify data discrepancies and follow up with relevant teams.
• Generate reports and insights for management review.
• Support process improvement and new operational initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare, Administration or related fields.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, healthcare or data-related roles.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
• Familiar with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and IF formulas.
• Comfortable handling and analysing large amounts of data.
• Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
