Operation Executive

This role is to ensure that orders are adequately processed. As a result you are in permanent contact with customers, sales and laboratories all at the same time:

• Manage the customer
• Record in coming customer equipment and prepare out going delivery order
• Control lead times and on-time delivery
• Ensure that levels of quality and customer satisfaction are met
• Willing to learn and can work OT if needed

Autonomy, interpersonal skills, organizational and analytical skills as well as a desire for challenge are the key qualities required for this profession.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin, Malay and English (Preferred)
