Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Operations & Reconciliation: Ensure bank account opening balances accurately reconcile with internal records and monitor budget allocations within bank account limits.
• Transaction Execution: Execute precise financial transactions based on marketing team instructions and coordinate seamlessly with finance teams across various currency groups.
• Customer Support: Resolve application-related customer inquiries promptly through chat-based communication.
• Operational Accuracy: Maintain strict attention to detail when managing rate updates and transaction logs.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum SPM qualification or higher (Fresh Graduates are warmly welcomed to apply!).
• Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English (to support regional chat inquiries).
• Skills: Proficient with basic computer applications (Google Docs, MS Excel, Gmail, etc.) alongside strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work on a rotating shift schedule (changes weekly).
• Bonus: Prior experience in operations or customer support is a plus; immediate starters prioritized.
