Operation Executive

Job Title: Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations.
• Plan and arrange vehicles according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, and internal teams.
• Monitor vehicle placement, loading, transit, and delivery status.
• Track vehicles and provide regular updates to customers.
• Ensure timely vehicle placement and on-time delivery.
• Handle daily trip details, PODs, invoices, and other transport documents.
• Follow up with drivers regarding loading, unloading, and delivery status.
• Resolve operational issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for quick solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and trip details.
• Coordinate for vehicle availability and ensure proper utilization.
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and operational requirements.
• Support the team in achieving smooth and efficient transportation operations.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports as required.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
• Willingness to coordinate with drivers and customers on a regular basis.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
