Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily business operations and administrative activities
• Support internal teams with documentation, scheduling, and operational arrangements
• Coordinate with clients, candidates, and business partners when required
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and company databases
• Monitor operational processes and follow up on pending tasks
• Assist with recruitment and HR-related administrative activities
• Support the team in improving workflow and operational efficiency
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in operations, administration, HR, or a similar role is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Commission, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,700.00 per month

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
