Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Flight Booking & Ticketing: Search, reserve, issue, re-issue, and cancel domestic or international flight tickets using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus or Galileo, or B2B airline portals. [1]
• Tour & Itinerary Operations: Plan and design customized domestic and international holiday packages, coordinating hotels, ground transportation, sightseeing, and activities. [1]
• Vendor & Airline Coordination: Liaise with airlines, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), hotels, and transport providers to secure competitive rates and confirmed services. [1]
• Documentation & Visas: Assist clients with passport/visa coordination, travel insurance, and necessary travel permits or vouchers.
• Post-Booking Management: Handle booking modifications, date changes, refunds, and cancellations, while resolving any on-trip emergencies or operational hurdles

Pay: ₹10,013.05 - ₹32,639.51 per month
