Operation Executive

• Assist in day-to-day operational activities.
• Coordinate and follow up with clients, channel partners, vendors, and other business associates on behalf of management
• Maintain and update daily records, reports, and Excel trackers.
• Handle data entry and basic MIS reporting.
• Follow up with team members regarding pending tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and other operational requirements.
• Maintain important documents and operational records.
• Track assigned tasks and provide timely updates to seniors.
• Support management with daily operational and administrative work.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Required Skills & Requirements

• Must be presentable, well-groomed, and professional.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong follow-up and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic problem-solving ability.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Professional behaviour and confidence while communicating with team members and seniors.
• Managing travel arrangements, meetings, and other official requirements when needed.
• Keeping track of important deadlines, commitments, and pending tasks.

Pay: ₹10,013.20 - ₹32,648.60 per month
