Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Source products, compare quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure smooth purchasing and delivery.
• Manage Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and related documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, stock counts, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate after-sales service, including damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items, and follow up until resolution.
• Liaise with suppliers for replacement items, parts, warranty claims, and product issues.
• Prepare and maintain procurement, inventory, delivery, and service records and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Systems.
• Strong organisational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, spoken and written.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
