Operation Executive

1. Daily Operations Management

• Monitor daily operations of all RVM machines and ensure machines remain operational and accessible to users.
• Monitor machine status, downtime, bin capacity and operational issues.
• Coordinate timely deployment of technicians and operations personnel for machine faults and site issues.
• Follow up on outstanding machine issues until resolution.
• Conduct regular checks on operational performance and service standards.

2. Field Operations & Site Management

• Coordinate daily activities of field handlers, technicians and support personnel.
• Plan and optimise servicing, bin clearance and maintenance routes.
• Ensure scheduled bin clearance and collection activities are completed according to operational requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on housekeeping, machine condition and site-related issues.
• Coordinate installation, relocation and commissioning of RVM machines.

3. Bin Clearance & Collection

• Monitor bin capacity and arrange timely clearance to prevent machine downtime.
• Coordinate with collection partners for the collection of filled bags/bins.
• Track collection schedules and outstanding collections.
• Investigate and follow up on discrepancies involving collection quantities or site records.

4. Maintenance & Technical Support

• Receive and log machine faults reported by field personnel or customers.
• Coordinate with technicians for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain records of machine breakdowns, repair status and recurring faults.
• Escalate critical or repeated technical issues to the relevant technical team.
• Monitor machine downtime and turnaround time.

5. Team Supervision

• Supervise and coordinate operations staff and field handlers.
• Prepare daily work schedules and manpower deployment.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and work performance.
• Brief staff on operational procedures, safety requirements and site-specific instructions.
• Ensure staff comply with company SOPs and workplace safety requirements.

6. New RVM Deployment

• Coordinate logistics for delivery and installation of new RVM machines.
• Arrange manpower, equipment and site access for deployment.
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors and site representatives.
• Conduct pre-deployment and post-installation checks.
• Ensure machines are ready for commissioning and handover.

7. Process Improvement

• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Review manpower and route planning to improve productivity.
• Develop and improve SOPs, checklists and reporting templates.
• Monitor recurring machine/site issues and recommend preventive measures.
