Operation Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive to manage day-to-day transport and logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments
• Assist in inventory tracking and stock reconciliation
• Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch activities
• Plan and support delivery schedules and route optimization
• Track shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare daily operational reports
• Handle customer queries related to delivery and logistics issues
• Coordinate with customer service and operations teams for smooth execution
• Ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods
• This is a night shift role
• Immediate joiners preferred
