Operation Executive

Job Summary

The Operation Executive is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, managing production workers, planning manpower, monitoring productivity and ensure smooth factory operations and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Production Management

• Coordinate and monitor daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved according to the production schedule.
• Monitor production progress and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure materials, machines, and manpower are ready before production starts.

Manpower Planning & Workforce Management

• Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
• Monitor worker attendance, absenteeism, overtime, and shift arrangements.
• Manage production workers, including local and foreign workers.
• Ensure optimal workforce utilization to meet production targets.
• Work closely with HR on recruitment and manpower requirements.
• Monitor worker productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare and present operation performance reports to management.

Worker Supervision & Development

• Supervise production workers and team leaders.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Identify training needs and support skill development programs.
• Ensure workers comply with company policies and SOPs.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with production procedures and quality standards.
• Promote safety awareness and 5S housekeeping practices.
• Investigate operational issues, misconduct, and performance concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or factory operations.
• Experience managing production workers and manpower planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
