OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and deploy security guards to client sites
• Monitor daily operations, including guard attendance, punctuality, and performance
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure service quality and compliance
• Coordinate with clients to understand security requirements and handle complaints
• Ensure all security personnel adhere to company SOPs and legal regulations
• Prepare duty rosters, incident reports, and operational reports
• Handle emergency situations such as security breaches, accidents, or incidents
• Supervise and support security supervisors and guards in the field
• Manage staff discipline, training, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate recruitment and on-boarding of new security personnel
• Ensure proper documentation, licensing, and certification of guards
• Monitor equipment usage (CCTV, access control systems, radios, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field
• Proven experience in operations, preferably in a security or facilities management company
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• Ability to handle high-pressure and emergency situations
• Good knowledge of security procedures and risk management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a licensed security company
• Knowledge of local security regulations and licensing requirements
• Background in law enforcement, military, or auxiliary police (advantage)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
