Operation Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Operations Executive

to manage day-to-day operations across e-course products, social media services, and SaaS platform backend operations

.

The ideal candidate should be strong in coordination, process management, customer support, and ensuring timely execution across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations for e-course launches

  , including learner support, batch tracking, and content readiness.

• Coordinate social media service delivery

  between strategy, content, design, and clients.

• Handle non-technical SaaS backend operations

  , including user onboarding, dashboard monitoring, issue tracking, and support documentation.

• Create and maintain SOPs, trackers, reports, and operational processes

  .

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and as per requirements.

• Handle customer queries and support tickets through calls, messages, and other channels.

• Identify operational issues, coordinate with the relevant team, and ensure timely resolution.

• Track deliverables, deadlines, and team accountability across multiple projects.

• Prepare regular operational reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Client Coordination, or similar roles

  .

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, documentation, and reporting

  .

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, teams, and deadlines.

• Problem-solving and execution-oriented mindset.
